this is Me.
It took me years to wake up.
And by wake-up, I mean to be brutally honest with myself about my level of happiness, success, and growth.
I was stuck on a hamster wheel. Working for work’s sake. Killing myself working two jobs, seven days a week, endlessly to stay above water in southern California. Never living, merely surviving. The gag is, I normalized this lifestyle. It felt normal to work like crazy and magically make a dollar out of fifteen cents.
It wasn’t until the world stopped (and I could actually hear myself think) that I realized “I’m doing it all wrong.”
I realized that words are my superpower once I took account of how many times I’ve been asked to script this, write that, revise this, answer this unreasonable customer’s request, etc., all my life.
The craft of copywriting is the conglomeration of my acquired skills and God-given gifts. It’s an innate communication style that personifies my wide-range of interests. It’s the most authentic career choice I’ve ever made, and it’s 1000% organic.
I attended the illustrious Howard University, where I studied Acting before moving to California to pursue my dreams. My experience here was invaluable as I learned the importance of how you say things over what you say.
My sales, hospitality, and customer service job experience give me an unparalleled ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of clients in a conversational way that builds trust and converts visitors to buyers.

Most first-time projects take me roughly one week to complete because my process involves a TON of research.
Your brand comes first. I need to know as much about your business as your best friend and brand loyalists. I turn your social media pages inside out, scour your website in search of any existing newsletters and blogs you have posted, sign up for your email list, and read every single review.
Next, I take every service you offer and dissect them. I have my own tried and true formula that evaluates the problems your clients have, how you solve them, and why they need you now. I review Reddit and Google what people are looking for pertaining to the services you offer too.
Before I begin masterfully crafting your copy, I have to take a look at the pros and your direct competition. This helps me further uncover your secret sauce. Once I unearth this secret treasure, I can sell your service to anyone, anywhere, and I can finally begin researching the topic for your project.
